元宵节手抄报画法如下：

准备材料：纸，笔，水彩笔。

1、先在纸的右上角写上欢度元宵，字体加粗，写成艺术字体。

2、左边画一支梅花树，在树上挂上红红的灯笼。

3、在下方画一个扇子，扇子里面空出空白，之后写文字。

4、在欢度元宵的下方用波浪线做出一个文字框，用来写关于元宵节的文字。

5、在文字框的俩边画冬奥运吉祥物，冰墩墩和雪容融。

6、在最下方画个文字框，里面画一些鞭炮装饰物。

7、接着再点缀一些细小的装饰物，元宝、元宵娃娃、一盘元宵、一轮圆月等。

8、最后，把画好的团涂上颜色就完成了。
