　第23届冬季奥林匹克运动会于2018年2月25日晚在平昌奥林匹克体育场闭幕。北京市市长陈吉宁接过奥运会会旗，标志着冬奥会进入“北京周期”。2018年8月8日，2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会吉祥物全球征集启动仪式在北京隆重举行。 [3-6] 2018年11月16日，北京冬奥会可持续性咨询和建议委员会正式成立并举办首次全体会议。

　 申奥过程

　 前期准备 2013、06-2014、03

　2013年6月6日，国际奥委会宣布启动2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会的申办程序。整个申办程序包括两个阶段。之一个阶段为报名阶段。有意申办的城市所在的国家或地区奥委会可以在2013年11月14日之前向国际奥委会报名。并于2014年3月14日之前提交申办文件。国际奥委会执委会将在报名城市中筛选出数个候选城市。第二阶段，最终申办文件必须于2015年1月提交。国际奥委会专家组此后将对候选城市进行考察，并发布评估报告。此后，候选城市向国际奥委会做陈述。2015年7月31日，在马来西亚吉隆坡举行的国际奥委会全会将投票选出2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会的举办城市。

　为了申办本届冬奥会，中国 *** 将打造沿北京—张家口—延庆一线，分三个区域布局竞赛场馆和非竞赛场馆，建设三个相对集聚的场馆群。北京市区北部的奥林匹克中心区，将主要承办冬奥会五个冰上项目；北京市西北部的延庆区，将用作雪车、雪橇大项和滑雪大项中的高山滑雪比赛场地；河北省张家口市，将承办除雪车、雪橇大项和高山滑雪以外的所有雪上比赛。

　2013年11月3日，中国奥委会正式致函国际奥委会，提名北京市为2022年冬奥会的申办城市。

　2014年1月，经国务院批准，成立2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会申办委员会。

　 艰辛历程 2014、03-2015、01

　2014年3月14日，国际奥委会宣布：中国北京-张家口，波兰的克拉科夫，挪威的奥斯陆，乌克兰的利沃夫，哈萨克斯坦的阿拉木图。五个城市正式申办2022年的冬奥会。

　2014年5月26日，波兰克拉科夫市市长宣布，克拉科夫将退出2022年冬季奥运会的申办，在上周日的市民投票中，将近70%的投票者表示反对申办。

　2014年6月30日，因国内政局动荡，乌克兰利沃夫宣布退出申办。

　2014年7月7日国际奥委会在瑞士洛桑宣布完成对2022年冬奥会申办城市的`初选，并根据规则选出三个候选城市：中国北京、挪威奥斯陆和哈萨克斯坦的阿拉木图。

　2014年10月2日，由于挪威 *** 投票拒绝提供财政支持，奥斯陆市不得不宣布放弃申办2022年冬奥会。候选城市仅剩北京和阿拉木图。

　 最后冲刺 2015、01-2015、06

　2015年1月北京冬奥申委和阿拉木图冬奥申委先后向国际奥委会提交2022年冬奥会申办报告。

　2015年3月28日下午4点，国际奥委会评估团在北辰洲际酒店举办新闻发布会，国际奥委会委员、评估委员会主席亚历山大·茹科夫，奥运会执行主席克里斯托弗·杜比出席了发布会。茹科夫称，在5天的考察工作中评估团问了150多个问题，与北京奥申委进行了热烈讨论。所有评估成员都非常赞赏北京奥申委充分吸收了国际奥林匹克2020规程的精神，非常高兴看到2008年的奥运遗产在申奥规划中发挥重要作用。

　2015年6月初，国际奥委会评估委员会经实地考察后，公布了对候选城市的评估报告。

　2015年6月9日，北京和阿拉木图在奥林匹克博物馆向国际奥委会委员做技术陈述。

　 梦想成真 2015、07

　2015年7月30日，国际奥委会第128次全会在吉隆坡会展中心开幕。马来西亚总理纳吉布发表致辞并宣布全会开幕。北京申冬奥代表团团长、国务院副总理 *** 率团出席开幕式。国际奥委会委员在31日上午依次听取2020年第三届冬季青年奥林匹克运动会申办城市布拉索夫（罗马尼亚）、洛桑（瑞士）和2022年冬奥会申办城市阿拉木图（哈萨克斯坦）、北京（中国）的陈述，下午进行不记名投票表决，北京此次获得了85张选票中的44张，而阿拉木图获得了40张，弃权1张，北京以4票战胜对手阿拉木图。阿拉木图本次申办结果仿佛1993年北京申办奥运会与2007年平昌申办冬奥会结果。

2022冬季运动会2

　2022年冬季奥运会即第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会，简称“北京张家口冬奥会”，将在2022年02月04日～2022年02月20日在中华人民共和国北京市和张家口市联合举行。

　北京与张家口成为中国之一个获得过冬季奥林匹克运动会举办权的城市。北京冬季奥运会设7个大项，15个分项 ，109个小项。北京将主办冰上项目，张家口将主办雪上项目，延庆协办张家口举办雪上项目。

　 竞赛日程：

　按当前计划，北京冬奥会将有19个比赛日、228个竞赛单元，2022年2月2日开赛，4日举行开幕式，20日闭幕。冰壶将是最早开赛的项目，在开幕式前两天就将举行之一场混合双人循环赛。越野滑雪女子30公里集体出发决赛是最后一个结束的比赛项目，在闭幕式当天下午举行。

　冬奥会15个分项共组建了11个竞赛团队；相约北京系列冬季体育赛事、北京冬奥会和冬残奥会将尽更大可能使用同样的国内技术官员，充分体现节俭办赛的要求。
